          That looks awesome. I don't need a full trailer.

          So glad they brought the actor that played Mad Dog back, he was amazing.

                you're right. It's not a bad trailer. I just wish this wasn't "Robocop". I know it's lame, but the fact is that I hold the original up pretty high and I can't get past the name. That being said, if the reviews are good I'll check this out in the theater. Otherwise this will be a rental.

                  Expectations are so low, there is nowhere to go but up.

                  But yeah, it's not bad. Good in fact. It just has the misfortune of retreading a genuinely perfect film.

                      Interesting to see that he does have a decent looking suit at one point. This trailer is way better that the first one. I think if I can successfully divorce this from the excellent original film that I'll have a good time with it.

                          You know why that robotrailer's so good? It doesn't mention Alex Murphy.

                          My problems with this remake start and end there. If this wasn't about re-doing that character, I would be totally fine with an alternate take on the same material. Have it be a sequel, a sidequel, whatever you want. But you can't directly remake RoboCop and not have it be only the second best RoboCop film, at best.
