Sounds like most are having issues with the story and the liberties that it took with the Bible. Numerous mentions of the rock monsters building the ark and such.

Hear only good reviews over here, but that maybe because there's more to the film than has been sold.
As to the liberties with the Bible story complaint? Mark Kermode summed it up pretty well:
