2. Kylo/Rey/Finn in TFA
3. Luke/Vader in TESB & Luke/Vader in ROTJ (tie)
4. Obi-Wan vs Whiny bitch in Sith
5. Obi-Wan/Anakin/Yoda/Dooku in AOTC
I really don't like the Palpatine/Yoda fight. So meh.

Had the Prequel been any better, that Anakin/Obi-wan fight would and should have been the highlight of it all.
Mixing the skills of the Maul fight with the grittiness of the Vader/Luke fight of Jedi.
