            At this point, I don't mind if there are technical failings. I just want to see an interesting approach to the character. It sounds like it at least is a film of ideas and if there's a dickload of superpunching on top? Call me easily pleased, but that'll do, pig. That'll do.

                          The shit of it is, some of the negative reviews on there are actually pretty positive.

                          and yeah, it's positive again. It was down to 59% a short while ago.

                                I really enjoyed it. Without having read any of the spoilery reviews, I can already see that there's plenty to complain about and pick apart. But I kinda feel that at this point, the filmmakers are damned no matter what they get right, in a way.

                                They went epic and action-packed and managed to make Superman an interesting, sympathetic character. Lois Lane is the balls, as is Jor-El. And Hans Zimmer's score is glorious. It's a win for me and a helluva franchise-starter.
