Brosnahan is the latest to be playing both sides of the fence.
Mrs. Maisel is still in running for Sue Storm (but that race is ending very very soon) and Lois Lane.
Samara Weaving is who WB seems to want.
Gunn and his people are still pushing Mantis for Lois Lane.
Since Superman and F4 are drawing both from the same pool, I expect once F4 casting finalizes soon...we're going to start getting more Superman news fast and furious. Well, more rapidly.

Take 2.
Heard about this last week. Sniffed around and got confirmation yesterday afternoon.
Yes he's back.
It's a relatively recent addition. Not even sure it was in the press screenings. But Fast X is tracking horribly and Johnson is licking his wounds from the Black Adam debacle.
You can bet your ass the narrative will be something like "Families fight but they also kiss and make up."

We all just want an Encino Man soft reboot. Toss Pauly a bone, get Samwise back, and Megan Ward can show up being all Megan Ward-y and I'll be happy.
OR
AIRHEADS REUNION. Make it real sad that The Lone Rangers ended up a joke.

The back bending spin from the online assholes who have NO STAKE in Guardians 3 performing shows how much even this shit has become team sports.
It underperformed, but didn't eat shit. It's going to continue taking smaller and smaller bites as Mario Bros will ultimately be the year's highest grossing entry and that shit is still on track for PVOD sooner than later.

SS and Peacemaker are awesome.
Years of phoning it and oversaturating the market is catching up to Disney/Marvel. They're on a downward trajectory and they know it. Hence Iger's return to stop the bleeding.
Doesn't mean DCU will be a cake walk. Those introductory films (Superman: Legacy, The Authority, Brave & the Bold) have to be good. Not "good for what it is" but an actual good stand-alone film like how Iron Man is good.
