And I liked Waterworld.

Hype has colored public perception of both as out-and-out awful, when the films were mediocre with some entertaining moments and performances.

I'm glad he is back to work on something besides a romantic comedy/drama.

And I can see him completely nailing the part of Ace Woody. 'a Perfect World' pretty much proves that he's got it in him.

Sorry, but 'The Postman' was TERRIBLE. I'm not a big fan of 'Waterworld' but it's at least watchable.

Will Patton is usually the best part of ANY movie that he's in. Even in a shitty movie (and he's been in several), he shines through. If there were any justice in the world, the guy would be a major star.
