Logically (and going by Fox's history), I'd say it's either the unknown Mr. Shore or Fuqua. Can't imagine it being Romanek on the sheer fact of how he walked off The Wolfman like that at the zero hour.

The notion of getting a bunch of superheros (where their individual designs, powers, characteristics, etc. are hard enough to pull off in their stand alone franchises) together onscreen is so on the edge of being silly.
