Yeah, like The Secret of the Ooze was something to write home about. VANILLA ICE AND NINJA RAP, PEOPLE!!!! I remember taking my then-girlfriend Dee to see that, 'cause she "rrreeeaaaallly wanted to see that movie, Tim, honey!" So we saw it, then saw The Silence of the Lambs right after.

No noonie-cookie for me that night. Wonder why? ("Goodbye, horses...")

The originals were great, according to the nostalgic areas of my brain.

And strictly as an independently-financed blockbuster, the original is interesting on that level.

Having said that, the whole dog and pony show is shit. Except Casey Jones. Everything else was dumb and a precursor to the cheesefest that was Batman & Robin.

Anyone who says otherwise, as an adult, is deluding themselves.

I paid money to see the third movie in the theater. Real money! It is so terrible. When the main bad guy dies by falling off a cliff into the ocean (SPOILER), he doesn't even fade away. He just blinks out of existence. TERRIBLE.
