On another note, I saw SUCKER PUNCH the other day and...*gasp*...enjoyed it. I'm starting to question my film taste more than I usually do all of a sudden.

      Here's my ranking:

      SCREAM **** 1/2
      SCREAM 2 ****
      SCREAM 4 *** 1/2
      SCREAM 3 **

I like to drink too, but this shit is retarded.

Defending the Scream movies past the first one.

That's what I thought you meant. I've got no defense, other than this franchise is a weak spot/guilty pleasure for me. I've watched the first two films more times than I can remember over the last decade.

I've watched the Emmanuelle movies a fuck-ton and it doesn't mean I'm going to start calling them good.

                    A lollercoaster, this "film" was.

Where'd Dewey's gimp-act go? Did Courtney Cox get that in the divorce too?

                      THANK YOU

                      I couldn't figure that out.

Have to give Scream 4 credit for one thing. At this point during "Up it's own 'clever' ass" opening, they remark how one of the Stab movies had time-travel in it. I WANT TO SEE THE TIME-TRAVELING SLASHER MOVIE!

                          Ditto.

It's where I would have taken F13 after the space installment.

Jason has to go back to make sure his mom gets together with her sperm donor. Biff features prominently.

                            4) Craven balances the comedy and horror perfectly. Speaking of horror, some of the scenes in the film are the most bloody and violent in the series. It's pretty disturbing, actually, and there's one scene near the end that involves the killer that put a lump in my throat. I think you'll know which scene I'm talking about when you see it.
The only lump was in my pants.

I actually saw this movie last weekend for free.

Did. Not. Like. It. It's like the 3rd one...

Should have never gone past the 1st movie...
