I really dug the REM cover, Chris. The Prince song was an interesting experiment, but I really prefer it when you use your guitar. You do a really nice job of singing WITH your guitar...it's a solid strength of yours.

Yeah, I like that Prince cover less and less every time I hear it. I actually almost took it down, but that goes against the "warts and all" ethos I'm trying to do right now, and push myself.

But yeah, the next cover will be more like the first two. I'll sock Bravado away for a little later, maybe. I'm actually going to do Tim's suggestion of Joe Jackson's Stepping Out next, I think. I started goofing around with it, and it's a really fun guitar part.

Actually, I don't think I can do Dave, only because he's my idol, and it's kind of a "I'd never do it justice thing".

Really, I like to change how a song is done when I cover it, and I wouldn't want to change Dave's stuff. Stuff he did with Floyd, maybe.
