Six Degrees is my Dream Theater gym choice. Scenes is way too mellow in parts for working out for me.

If anyone else uses Last.Fm I created a group if you want to join.

I have an account, but never really use it. I can't really stream at work, and at home I never would use it. I suppose I should change that.

Finally decided that I like Last.fm over Pandora (for my Droid). Looks like it's a group of 2 Rob.

My account name is Hbarrtx. Just starting to set up my library, so no evil comments on my music choices.

I really only have two lists split up out of my main library - "Lisa' Main List" and Christmas music for December. But let me take a look and try to put together a Top 20 out of "Lisa's Main List", which is my go-to stuff (in no particular order, mind you - I always leave it on shuffle and then cherry pick as I go along anyway):

              1. Hole - "Violet"
              2. Fergie - "Big Girls Don't Cry"
              3. Led Zeppelin - "D'Yer Mak'er"
              4. Led Zeppelin - "All of My Love"
              5. Belle & Sebastian - "Piazza, New York Catcher"
              6. P!nk - "Just Like a Pill"
              7. The Ramones - "Rock & Roll High School"
              8. Beastie Boys - "Mullet Head"
              9. Def Leppard - "Bringing on the Heartbreak"
              10. The Doors - "Touch Me"
              11. Weezer - "Undone (The Sweater Song)"
              12. Garbage - "I'm Only Happy When It Rains"
              13. Nirvana - "Smells Like Teen Spirit"
              14. Duran Duran - "A View to a Kill"
              15. Black 47 - "Funky Ceili (Bridie's song)"
              16. The Foundations - "Build Me Up, Buttercup"
              17. The Rolling Stones - "Out of Time"
              18. Liz Phair - "Polyester Bride"
              19. Michael Zager Band - "Let's All Chant"
              20. The Offspring - "Self Esteem"

That's a "more or less" list - it's only 25 out of 800 songs on the main list, so you can take it with a grain of salt.

Thanks! There are four bands that pretty much dominate my main library - The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Duran Duran and The Monkees (yeah, don't laugh, I love them!). If you sort my stuff by artist, those are the ones where you just scroll, scroll and scroll till you get to songs by the next artist. I just grabbed alllll of those CDs and threw them all on there when I first got iTunes.

                      Long version or radio edit?

Either one, but the long edit has that pump up lead-in feedback while the radio just suckerpunches you from the get go.

                        I AM TORN.

For the quickening, I'd go with the radio edit for 400, Alex.

Going along with that sort of driving drum track style, I'm also a fan of old U2 tracks like "Like A Song..." or "Electric Co.".

Is your version of "Dead Man Walking" the original, or the acoustic version?

I have the acoustic if anyone wants it... since it's rather hard to find. Shoot me an PM with your email, and I'll send it along.

I'll take it. I must admit that I've never heard the acoustic version.
