                  Been on a shoegaze/ethereal wave trip lately (hell, I'm ALWAYS into some good shoegaze/ethereal/dream pop stuff), specifically Tamaryn and her song Cranekiss.

                  Love, love, love this song. It mellows me out for some reason, and her voice just captivates me.

                    Also, been revisiting The Cramps of late. Used to run through their catalog back during college with the gang at WMCX, where my friend, Joslyn, turned me on to them.

                    This version features (wistful sigh) Fur Dixon on bass. Had quite a crush on her back then (still do), and she reminds me of a biker chick I hung out with during Spring Break a couple of years later (wistful sigh). Probably because of the attitude and gum chewing.
