He's lost a LITTLE bit of that high range, but he can still cut loose on the songs that really require it. 'Painkiller' takes alot out of him, though...it looks like he's doubled over in pain wheneverhe sings it.

The greatest loss for me is Geoff Tate from Queensryche: he's lost ALL of the higher end to his vocal range. Compare anything from 'Empire' (or earlier) to their latest output and it's amazing. Actually, DON'T listen to any of their latest output...it all SUCKS to high heaven.
