Rereading the whole fiasco surrounding Chinese Democracy and I still can’t wrap my brain around the sort of industry standard that allows for the flourishing of the mental illness pitfalls that birth as a bizarre a dork as Buckethead.

They built a chicken coop for this man to shred and watch Diabolic porn all day until Axl came in and gave him a fucking disappointed dad talk about how he was doing the record harm by using porn as a muse.

How wrong had his life as a fake chicken man gone up to that point when Axl became a voice of reason?

Anyway, the record is a bizarre time capsule of music unearthed from the turn of the century and still has some decent tracks on it. It’s just not a Guns record and never will be.

Just wish they published the discards somewhere in a higher quality because the Internet Matlock in me has been unleashed.
