There's also a fake trailer out there for 'Top Gun' that makes it look like a Brokeback Mountain situation with Iceman. Funny as hell.

'Road House' is fun, watchable trash. 'Cocktail' is unwatchable garbage. I will admit that the Shue factor is rather high in 'Cocktail', but it's not enough to make me actually watch the damned film.

"Cocktail" was SO cheesey! But again, not really all Cruise's fault. Bryan Brown was waaaay worse, as was the plot. And that's the thing - even with a bad Cruise movie, there's always a reason besides Cruise for why it's bad.

FAR AND AWAY was filmed here in town. In just about every scene I can point to an extra and say "hey, I know that dude".

And I'll toss in another "do watch" vote for VALKYRIE. I expected kinda boring poo but was surprised to find I really liked it. It's pretty tense even though you know how it ends.
