Predator 2: You're All Insane!

Jesus Christ, people. I can turn my brain off and enjoy a 'stupid fun' movie, but not this film. HOW do you possibly give this film a pass?

Awful in every way shape and form, it features terrible dialog, broad characterizations that border on camp, and incomprehensible action sequences. It's powered by the 'idiot plot': the only reason why the movie moves along from point A to point B is because everyone's a complete idiot.

One of the worst movies that I've ever seen.

I liked Rocky V, but only for the subplot of his kid dealing with bullies at his school. I was going through the same thing when we moved to the army base.

I like Another 48Hrs. The Two Narcoleptics is more like it. GFIII wasn't all bad, or good. TOMMY THE MACHINE GUNN MOTHERSCRATCHER!

Let's take a look at the directorial career of Stephen Hopkins:
1987 - 'Dangerous Game' Never saw it.
1989 - 'A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child' AWFUL
1990 - 'Predator 2' AWFUL
1993 - 'Judgment Night' Mostly terrible with a few good moments
1994 - 'Blown Away' Mostly terrible with a few good moments
1996 - 'The Ghost and the Darkness' Mediocre
1998 - 'Lost in Space' AWFUL
2000 - 'Under Suspicion' never saw it

From there, it's a bunch of television stuff. The word is really good on his Peter Sellers biopic, but that's it.

'Rocky V' isn't great by any means, but it's also not as bad as people portray it. 'Another 48 Hours' is terrible, and 'the Godfather III' is high comedy.

If it was the HBO flick, then yes it is good.

That's the one. 'The Life and Death of Peter Sellers'. I've heard nothing but great things about it, so I'll give Mr. Hopkins the benefit of the doubt on this particular film.
