    Cocktail is great! You never skip Cocktail. If anything I would skip Top Gun. I never liked it.

      yeah, she also picked Top Gun. I was never a fan of that movie. It was so fucking boring.

                No Rain Man? No a Few Good Men? Those are my favorite Cruise movies.

                        I remember when FAR AND AWAY filmed here. It was a Big Deal. I never saw anyone (I was in grade school or middle school when it was filmingl, not like I was independently mobile) but knew some people who were picked as extras.

                        Anyway, Matt has a good list there.

                          I totally agree with most of that list. Mind you, I'd put Days of Thunder for those race scenes alone.

                            The race scenes are indeed great in DOT. The plot is TOP CAR, though.

                                TAPS is ok, but I don't consider it a Cruise movie. It's really Hutton's (and Penn's) movie.
