INTERSTELLAR- it's weird that even when Nolan is trying to be emotion it still ends up feeling somewhat detached. Regardless, I really liked this. McConaghey was really good and I really liked the robots, too. I could just check IMDB but it sure sounded like they were voiced by Ruffalo and Damon. The visuals were great, too.
INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS- the Coens make the kind of musical movies I like to watch. This was a good one.Comment

The only part I enjoyed was when they were trying to get Mila Kunis her Queen documentation and the robot assistant was getting the run-around through a dozen different legal departments, finally shooting out a credit chip bribe to grease the wheels. It was quirky, funny, relatable, reminded me of a scene that could have been in the 5th Element. Shame the rest of the movie settled for barely comprehendable CGI-pornsplosions.

Jupiter Ascending is a bad movie that fucking swung for the fences. There are amazing aspects about the movie, but it's bloated and worn down by an awful script.
