              So glad we're on the same page with The Blues Brothers. There are lots of enjoyable bits, for sure, but the whole is decidedly unsatisfying.

                Dolls is doofy and really just a silly film, but From Beyond is fantastic and totally deserves much more love than it gets.

                            Actually I am (one leg longer than the other) but that doesn't stop the movie from being mostly un-funny.

                              I'm with ya, Rob. The film has a great attitude about it and there ARE a few genuinely funny scenes in it, but it's pretty meh for the most part. GREAT soundtrack, though.

                                Not a question man, the soundtrack is pretty great (and we all know my distaste for musicals). But as a comedy? No fucking way.
