Always cracks me up when I just see a Delorean just sitting on the street.

I once saw a DeLorean parked behind a sign for a housing development that was being built a few miles from me.

I am in no way being a smartass or making it up. I wish I owned a cellphone with a camera at the time.

Still can't decide what's the greater car find:

A Delorean or The Weiner Mobile

Speaking of derelicts, would Drowning Mona have the same warped sensibility without the Yugo?

          I say nay.

Dude, I'd totally rock a De Lorean if I had one.

The Weiner Mobile. There's only a couple of those, and only driven on promotional tours. DeLoreans are about as rare as a finely tuned classic muscle car.

I've seen The Weiner mobile three times. Twice while it was sitting on the street.

Once when it was driving down the freeway.

Dammit, we need a movie involving The Weiner Mobile.

I got a weiner whistle from one once. Awesome. And a friend from my hometown lives across the street from a dude with a fucking shiny DeLorean. Although, you can special order them for about $25k.

Seriously, though: I heartily recommend 'Vanishing Point' to anyone that wants to experience a bit of early 70s counter-culture. I personally find it superior to 'Easy Rider'.

Vanishing Point has been on my instant queue for months. I will remedy this post haste.
