I believe it's from the late 70's-really early 80's. It's a film that has a bunch of unruly kids in a small CA town. They take drugs, fuck shit up, lock parents in the school, etc. I've seen this movie a bunch of times, but the goddamn name is escaping me. I thought it was 'Out of Control' but it didn't come up in imdb. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been trying to remember the name of several movies from the 80's that had cyborg or robot elements. Saw one in the theater. Some commando team had a cyborg guy...he was modular or could "transfom"......had like a tank bottom section....turned into a boat or something at one point. Anyone?Touch it. Touch my fuzziness!
