    Don't think so. I select a song, it then goes to the proper screen, then the little progress bar at the bottom of the screen does not move.

      probably a problem with the sync you did.

        Have you tried a soft reset yet? If that doesn't work, restore to factory settings. And in regards to the wheel clicks, are you hearing it through the headphones? Or is it set on headphones or speaker? Set it on headphones and see if you can hear the clicks.

                      My sister's computer got a virus and had to be wiped. Apparently lost Word and Powerpoint. Guess she doesn't have the discs. If I have the right discs at work, will I get in trouble for installing them?

                        I don't see how (minus the moral issue). Technically it's illegal, as most workplaces buy a number of licenses for a product.

                              So does your work have separate XP discs for every computer in the office? Or is that disc used for every machine.
