Because for some weird reason I find bleeped out profanity funny. (This is why I've never watched Reno 911! on dvd) And more importantly , this uncensored-ness wasn't in the other two seasons. It doesn't really add anything except just the "yick" factor.

Like you said, it's arbitrary. It just seems as arbitrary to make everything uncensored (I love to know the reasoning behind it but Public and Hammer have never made a decent commentary) and I've seen enough gay porn* not to be intimidated by dick, cartoon or otherwise.
