Eh, ya never know. I approach all movies that interest me with cautious optimism. It's a flick about an alien invasion, thus I doubt it'll be high art, or have me thinking about the duality of man (the Jungian thing), or awaken a sense of enlightenment in me.

Films like this are all about shit blowing up and cool monsters. Maybe some nudity as well. If my inner 5 year old is happy, all's right with the world.

ETA: Just found out this was done by the folks who directed AVP Requiem. FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU.....................

I was watching the trailer when it premiered in front of Jackass 3D, and for some reason I got the idea in my head that it was the Rapture and started guffawing while people got sucked screaming into the ships, much to the embarrassment of my friends and the chagrin of the people around us.
