I loved 'Titanic' upon it's release. I went to it 3 times in the theater with my wife, and we had a blast with it. That was then.

Now? Honestly, it doesn't hold up as well. I watched it a couple of years ago and was frankly wondering WHAT I originally saw in it.

No nipples so it should be SFW.

'The Terminator' is a nearly perfect movie. All of the fat has been trimmed away, leaving a lean and mean story that works on every level. Hell, even the love story is good and convincing. The only thing holding it slightly back is the low budget, and it's a credit to Cameron that he makes the movie work IN SPITE of that budget.

So just sci-fi or action sci-fi? Cause if you're talking just sci-fi, Primer is the fucking shit. You're not going to find anything as well written as Primer.

Haha, YES. We're total pigs, sure, but there's tits on that screen.

                      This.

It has definitely earned a "modern classic" status. And not just because Earl Boen is in it.

Confession. I still like Titanic and LOVE the movie from the moment it hits the iceberg on.

That was the point (being purposefully obscure).

Biehn is always awesome, even when he willingly steals a homeless man's pantaloons when he subsequently breaks into a nice department store with pants a plenty to be had YET HE STAYS WITH THE SOILED ONES.

But Boen is a rarely seen thespian who always had a great smarmy yet skeptical character to work in that franchise that never got his due.
