  • Brain Dead Radio Episode 94: The Lou Bega Standard

Ceej and Rob are back with the first new episode of 2015 and they decide to hold themselves to a new standard.
Floppy hats, rapping goths, and the son of Cher are talked about as the duo take a trip down memory lane. Ceej takes a spin on a purple motorcycle, Rob doesn’t feel the need to be a hometown hero fan, and Billy Corgan speaks directly to Ceej.

I think Full Moon Entertainment missed a golden opportunity to feature the Tool video dolls in the Puppetmaster films.

It's like anything else, Russ. Why did Ceej embrace all things ICP? Why does Rob love Nirvana, yet despise the Beatles?

I started listening to them around '84, and became a lifelong fan in '85. Their songs tap into something inside me I can't really explain. I likes what I likes.

Can we all agree that the Replacements are freakin' awesome, join hands together, and create a world of peace, harmony and brother/sisterhood as we explore the wonders of the universe together?

No Tim. We can't because the world just doesn't work that way.

                  I wish it did.

I saw the Spin Doctors twice live. Forgot about ceej's Manson impression. Gold. I also read that rolling stone article. Yeah, seemed forced. Great ep!

Jimmy Chamberlin is a beast. Corgan recorded most if not all of the instruments on the SP albums. Besides drums.

I watched some live show of the Pumpkins this weekend and Corgan was the only one that I knew. He was also fat. Fat Corgan trying to look like Young Corgan made me feel like Sad Corgan
