Over on Tim Sale's forum, they were posting some panels and pages of the Steranko Fury books, and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Damn straight - Steranko's stuff was ahead of his time in a lot of respects, and like Eisner, really pushed page/panel compositions and layouts into some wonderful areas.
Beats the ever lovin' shit out of most of the stuff from the Big Two IMO.Comment

Steranko's all but retired.
He was heavily doing film work and then kind of stopped around 2002-2003. It's a shame, really. He's good friends with Arthur Suydam and apparently still pals around with a lot of creators. The guy needs to work more.My readers come to me for my thoughts and opinions. I've built myself into a brand
