So today, when I met up with Rachel at Starbucks for bagels and lattes, I said, "Girl, you look exhausted! What happened?" And she said, "Thanks for meeting me for breakfast, Lisa. I mean, it's hard enough going through a public breakup, but the last thing I need are those two stalkers you hang out with bothering me. They're your friends - could you call them off, please?"

            • Re: The end of Rachel Weisz' relationship, yes, I've been aware of this for awhile. see, Rachel is very good friends with my wife, Jen, so we knew all about it. They talked for hours about this yesterday.

Oh, I must also apologize to all of you, as I've neglected to post a pic of my lovely wife - here's Jen:

Oh, and the $128 million jackpot? Yep, that was me, too. On a whim, I flew my magic yak to Detroit, and felt the need to play the lottery for some reason. Now, normally I don't patronize such establishments, but the Adult Bookstore was nearby, and wonder of wonders, they sold lottery tickets!

Now I'm just waiting for my lawyer to give me the OK so I can claim my prize. oh, and I've decided to spread the wealth! All of you, my BDR brethren will receive brand new CARS, just in time for the holidays! Just let me know if you want Matchbox or Hot Wheels, OK?

For that kind of dough, I would march right back into the store with no trouble. Michigan winners can't remain anonymous? Oh, well. Looks like I'd have to drown my shameful predelictions in PILES of money! (But really - come on! They can say they just bought it at the side window outside the store!)

                  • I was fearful it might be a priest, nun, or public official and they would need to say- " I am giving 50 million to the church( city, homeless, or orphans)."

                            • Random linkz - I haz them:

Here's a rather sizeable one - from the CNN website, a jawbone has been found in Aruba and tests are being conducted as we speak to see if it may have belonged to Natalee Holloway:

                              http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/11/16/...ex.html?hpt=T2

My opinion? That's one hell of a find. I love picking apart news stories dealing with crimes, and one of the things I always notice is that they never ever release information like this unless they're certain, even if they say they're not. Any time they say, "Tests are being run to see if the remains are that of the missing so and so", it always is - I've never once heard of a news story being released when they were honestly not certain. My guess is it's her.

Looks like baldy just got engaged! I mean, that only took freaking forever. He may as well get hitched - it's not like he's the hot one anymore since Harry blossomed.

Anywho, good on them for getting hitched, and I hope their marriage is a long and happy one. Ben? Bobby? What's the mood in the area over this news? Y'all happy for 'em, sick of 'em, what?
