  • USED PCs: Trying to clear out my backlog

So, what does everyone think is the best route to dumping old PCs and laptops. I've got one wiped and I've got another four or five to wipe. I just want them gone, but at a small profit.

Craigslist is mixed results at best, looking for better options.

If they are decent machines (not crazy but no super old) try hitting up a community college. I've sold a few of my old machines that way in the past.

I thought about that, but I'm trying to work out trades and deals before hitting up that route.

Here's what I got to dispense:

      1 Compaq Presario 2005 1gb RAM 200 GB HD
      1 Dell Inspiron 2001 500mb RAM 120 GB HD
      1 Compaq Laptop 2006 1gb RAM GB 160 HD
1 Westinghouse LCD Monitor 17 inch (1 dead pixel towards the bottom of the screen)
1 Dell LCD Monitor 15 inch (no dead pixels)
2 Canon Printers (only formatted for as high as XP)

and a bunch of random junk.

        Bullets. Many of them.

EDIT: Got a model on that Dell? A buddy might buy it.
