What's your reason? Same as mine?

I thought it was awesome. I thought Nickelback was awesome.

I...I...don't wanna talk about it anymore...

I really liked Jennifer Garner at the time.

And the very very silly dojo training scene.

Oh sure, there are several movies that I saw more than once that I will never admit to see-

                Highlander: The Final Dimension

                Uggggggghhhh...

"Legends of the Fall" - three times, paid for all three.
"The Fugitive" - a whopping six times, paid for all six.
"E.T." - drumroll please (and there's an explanation) *18 times!!!* - and only paid once. Yes, I had a job at a movie theater, and we were allowed to go see the movies for free when our shift ended. Free popcorn, free films, discounted candy. With the exception of "First Blood" and "Tootsie", nothing else really good was playing there during the months we worked at that theater. Plus, it was a four-plex, because it was before the days of 16 theaters in one building. So we'd get bored and go in to see "E.T." yet again - rather than do something sensible, like go home. There was a method to our repeated viewings, however - after viewing #4, we started adding lines to the movie, and made it into our own personal version of "Rocky Horror". It was more fun than what was actually going on onscreen. Plus we were only 18 and really bored and dumb. And we were only catching it 45 minutes in by the time our shifts ended.
"Star Wars" - Three times, paid for all - okay, my mother paid.

                  I'm pretty sure that's it.

Tim will probably beat 18 with his 'Star Wars' viewings. Hell, I'm probably low with 14 as it is.

Yup, I knew that! Again, please keep in mind that we were bored teenagers in a small theater in a boring town outside of Atlantic City. It seemed like a good idea at the time. All 18 times.

I'm not one to judge (Highlander 3 with Mario van Peebles).

I was an annoying child with delusions of grandeur. It evens out.

I feel sorry for you guys that weren't around (or weren't old enough) from 1977 to 1980. The STAR WARS fever that gripped this country was really, really something to see. Sure, TITANIC and AVATAR fever was pretty big, but it was transitory...a few months and done. Not STAR WARS...holy shit.

I wish I had been there for it.

I still hear stories of the epic lines at Northpark.

Well,I was around for Star Wars fever, but I could only wrestle three paid times out of my mom. And I was only 13, so I didn't have a summer job to pay my own way, nor did I have an allowance. I considered myself pretty lucky to be able to convince her for the three times I did go.
