  • Editing podcasts that aren't your own.

Is there a way to edit a podcast I've downloaded to insert chapter breaks in iTunes? I don't have any fancy-pants editing software on anything. I download a punch of concert podcasts from NPR and stuff and they never have breaks between songs. They would be handy when I only want to listen to a certain song and I can't remember exactly where in the show it was played.

Try and find a free wav editor program. Or see if you can somehow magically find a program called ACID or Adobe Audition. Magically. You know, with MAGIC.

I recommend Audition. That's what I use to edit our podcasts. It works like a dream.
