          Yea i found some plans and got most of the parts... I just need to get like 150 High output IR LEDS for the Frustrated Total Internal Reflection (FTIR) and then the phillips 90 FPS webcam... other than that the software to run that stuff is free... pretty cool... http://cs.nyu.edu/~jhan/ftirtouch/ <-- for more info
