Raptr sounds fucking pointless. It just combines facebook, twitter and the other pointless apps out there. I don't think I've ever said on twitter "Hai guyz, plying l4d, come join" but if I did, then sure, I'd join Raptr. Otherwise, meh.

i've tried raptr and it really is pointless. it's a wannabe steam login that "tracks" what you're playing but only works when you're playing pc games. otherwise, you're better off using facebook or twitter or fsm forbid, your phone.

Word. Like I said, I didn't even check it out since I am not a gamer. However, it came through a source that is all about finding and exploiting the next big thing in the social web so I am not surprised it sucks.

Sometimes I wonder if they even ask their customer base what they want.
Like does Myspace creators even have actual friends? Has Raptr founders ever even played video games? haha.

Well shit, you'd think Dennis "Thresh" Fong would know what's up. Dude used to be amazing at FPS's and shit. But all of these social sites are fucking lame shit. Seriously. At this point all they are for me is a way to pimp my shit. But I'm not hanging out on them and shit. I don't get it.
